First, I have been with Nationwide thru this group for decades. It had always been that my go to contact is Brittney Craig. She is always pleasant to talk with. She knows how to get answers to my questions. And doesn't mind going the extra mile. She is a very valuable asset to this organization. Whatever she's getting paid, it isn't enough. She is a huge reason why I'm still with Nationwide.

Wow. Crazy happy. We worked with Bryan Rose (now with CRIG) many years ago. We only left because we moved to the coast which has unique insurance issues. We are moving back to his territory and our current agents “just weren’t getting it”. Luckily, I found him Brian at CRIG. He went out of his way to help us insure a log home (not easy) and with reasonable rates. We are now looking forward to selling our coastal home and moving all of our policies so we can work with Brian again. He is ready to put in the work to make it work! Thank you, Brian and CRIG

Just want to give a 👍 to Brian Rose and the Catawba River Insurance Group. Last August I moved full time to Hickory after selling my home in Florida. Brian helped me navigate the changes in not only in my home policy to reflect it as my primary residence, but also helped me bundle my newly NC register Subaru to my home policy, thus getting a better rate. But the biggest help from Brian and the CRGI came just a month later when the winds of Hurricane Helene took out my carpet and tree by me house. Brian not only showed up the same day, but arranged with the insurance adjuster to be at my house by the end of the week, and within two weeks, I had the money from the approved claim in my bank account!

My trusted insurance agency for over 35 years. Always willing to help and work through what ever new situation develops with kindness and patience. Great folks with pleasant demeanor. I have no reason to go anywhere else for insurance needs they help me get exactly what I need when I need it. Very satisfied with these folks.

Thank you to Rebecca for diligently handling a matter with Nationwide completely unrelated to my accounts with their office. She was able to solve the problem very quickly and provide excellent follow up service as well!
