When I delt with Kip originally I had a great experience , but since dealing with other people here my experience went from a 10 to a zero. I called here to open a new policy, the broker went and updated my other previous policies although I did not ask for him to do that raising my premium by $100 a month. I asked him to fix what he changed and he then required for me to send more documents, even my lease to fix what he changed. I started doing my own quotes and found a quote almost $150 cheaper a month than the one this broker had me on. I canceled all policies here. I woke up today to a charge from the canceled policy.
