For starters, I’ve been insured through Farm Bureau since 2014. There’s a huge difference between just someone selling you insurance, and a true PROFESSIONAL insurance agent, and I can say without a doubt, Lee Hopkins here at NCFB is the most educated and informational agents I’ve personally come across. Working in the insurance restoration business, I’m pretty well-versed in the understanding of insurance policies and how they work. Fortunately, everytime I sit down with Lee I learn something new.
