What should have been a simple water leak turned into a drawn-out, exhausting, and infuriating battle with Filippi Allstate that has been dragging on since October 2023 — yes, you read that correctly. Instead of help, I got delays, excuses, silence, and ultimately a settlement that shortchanged me. My adjuster, Parker, repeatedly vanished for months at a time, refusing to return calls or emails while my home sat damaged. At every turn, I had to chase answers that should have been proactively handled by them. The lack of accountability and basic professionalism was shocking.
