Future Fuqua resident. Called this office to move my insurance from my previous address. My previous agent was very customer service oriented. This agent was far from it. To make a long story short, associates who answered the phone on 2/27/2026 was the most rude, lazy, most unprofessional person to be the face of the agency. Previous agents would pay an underwriters bill for wind and hail as a courtesy, this woman wanted nothing to do with my request, nothing to do with explaining her reason why she couldn’t. Same day I changed to another agent in Cary who was professional and accommodating and had no problem taking care of my Underwriting bill.

Recently made a change to the Michel Haller State Farm Agency and my initial contact was outstanding. Lisa was very knowledgeable and addressed all my questions on one phone call. Highly recommend and believe they live up to the slogan "like a good neighbor".
