ZAIRA screwed up my policy and got my registration suspended because she issued my policy ON THE WRONG DATE….A MONTH AFTER I PAID. What made this even worse is the LYING, covering up & lack of accountability after the fact. ZAIRA is unprofessional & straight up RUDE. Instead of admitting her mistake she said it was a “system error” that her “notes” said the policy would potentially start in December instead of November….THEN WHY DID YOU TAKE FULL PAYMENT ON 11/5/25 ZAIRA ??? If I was pulled over during the month of December, I could have faced huge legal issues since I technically did not have valid car insurance!!!! Now I’m getting an email that my bill for next month is DOUBLE what I pay usually, since they decided to change my rate (punish me basically after they screwed up the policy a

Absolutely wonderful experience with Daniel. He took the time to explain everything in detail and also to make sure I was getting the best deals and rates. He never acted like he was rushing or that my questions were a nuisance. He helped me come out cheaper with car, renters and supplemental health insurance than I was paying for car insurance alone with my old company! I am definitely a happy returning State Farm customer.
