NC Farm Bureau Claims is amazing. Their agent was excellent in getting me the best price for my auto insurance. He went above and beyond to make sure that I have the right coverage. I am truly happy with their service!!

This is only the second time dealing with Farm Bureau Claims. And I pray it's never a third. The agent that we have now worked with for a second times name is Rosa. And she very well has some of the worst people skills under the sun. Even the guy at the body shop says the same thing in reference to her. She has a very very bad way of speaking to people. And even after relaying this information to he boss. Nothing has yet to be done.
