Acquiring insurance can be daunting and impersonal. Skylar remedied all of that. We walked into the office with no appointment, needing boat insurance. She welcomed us in…including our two dogs…and within 30 minutes we had homeowners, auto, and boat insurance. And when we had some issues with the underwriter for the boat, she went to the mat for us…and we now have boat insurance! In fact, we were able to use the savings she found on our homeowners and auto insurance to cover the premium for the boat insurance. Skylar is patient, professional, and persistent. We so appreciate having her on our team, and the excellent service she provides.
