Have used the agency a few years and am happy with the health insurance services. My main contact has left so hopefully the new contact will be just as good with communications and info. Earlier this year I met with their business ins person Errica for business insurance, and wasn't very impressed. She made me feel as if I was bothering her and then she never followed up with my email after informing me it would take at least 3 weeks for her to get quotes. I was able to secure a great policy from another in town.
