From the very beginning, she was prompt in responding to my questions and incredibly attentive to my needs. What really stood out was how much time she took to thoroughly explain all of my coverage options in detail. She made sure I fully understood what I had, what I didn’t have, and where improvements could be made. Traci even identified errors in my current coverage — which was through a different insurance agency — that I wasn’t aware of and immediately worked to correct them. Not only did she go above and beyond to ensure everything was properly structured, but she was also able to increase my coverage while lowering my premium — something I truly didn’t expect.

She helped me get everything set up for homeowners insurance on my new home and renters insurance for my previous home, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I called State Farm insurance and talked with Courtney Hensley. She was so helpful in helping me with obtaining homeowners ins and bundling my car ins. Courtney is the absolute best. We had just moved and needed to get our insurance changed to NC. We went in without out an appointment and met Courtney. She talked to us about all our options and gave us everything we would need to get our drivers licenses and title our car. She doesn’t try and upsell you at all.
