Nationwide Insurance: Terry Anne Boyer

I called at 11:34 am on Saturday to try and get help with a policy and I spoke with a women who went by the name of “Susan Boyd” who was so unprincipled and unpalatable. When I asked to speak to a manager she said I am the office manager so unordered to get me in trouble you have to go through me and hung up. Very bad for business and she certainly should not be working in sales with an nasty attitude like that....
