Nationwide Insurance: Randy Clevenger

Was a client for over 10 years, and only reached out to them twice about my auto insurance policy. The first was an email asking about my $200 monthly premium, and I never received a reply. But my premium went up $12. Go figure. The second time I reached out was to price out new policies since my car has been fully paid off. I received an email reply with no message, no greeting, absolutely nothing in the body, just an attached file with another policy (I think- I was left to figure it out on my own since they apparently didn't have enough time to write an actual message). You'd think that after paying Clevenger $15,000+ and filing zero claims I'd deserve at least a "thank you for your business" email message, especially since they say they value customer service so highly, but nada. **

Hands down the worst customer service from any insurance provider I've ever engaged with. Just getting off of their mailing list is impossible. I would highly recommend looking into some SMB customer service help - this company definitely needs it.
