I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this agency. I had an active policy, I provided every document and requirement they asked for, and I was completely up to date with everything. Despite that, they canceled my policy without giving me any explanation. The worst part is that I was never notified that my insurance had been canceled. I spent an unknown amount of time without coverage, which is extremely unsafe and completely unacceptable. When I finally found out—because I had to call and ask— the only “solution” they offered was to give me a new policy at a much higher price, about 30–35% more than what I was paying before. I have had my various insurances via Cliff Wilcox for several years and have been very happy with everything. Last week Mr. Wilcox arranged a meeting in person with me to go through all my insurances, just to check everything is updated to reflect todays situation. Most of the insurance cover and premiums were on correct level but still he found some details how I can save close to $1,000 a year in my premiums! This is not done by going low in cover but rather taking some extra training in your driving etc. I am very thankful to Cliff Wilcox for all the advices to correctly insure my property and can recommend everybody having any questions on his/her insurances to have a word with Mr. Wilcox!
