I recently needed to file a claim for an item on my Personal Articles Floater. He also met with me in his office to actually file the claim with State Farm. Within minutes of filing the claim I had a follow-up call from a claims agent, and I received my reimbursement for the lost item within 3 days! Springer was also great with his follow-up, making sure my claim was processed timely and answering some additional questions I had about my auto and homeowners policies.
