Jared Davis - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been working with Jared at Statefarm for 8 years. When I moved to Georgia he met me at a Starbucks to help me up with car insurance and review my options. Since then I have added additional cars and home owners insurance. Jared is quick to respond in emergencies and for my random inquiries. He is knowledgeable and patient. Recently a tree fell on our home and Jared was one of my first calls. He told me exactly what to do and said if I have any problems to call him. Working the claim through Statefarm was easy and everything was repaired within a month. I cannot recommend Jared enough.

This team was so great. I have spoken to three different people in the office. All answered any question I had. Spencer was one of the main ones that talked to me and dealt with my million questions. Laughed with me and understood what I wanted out of my insurance. Explained things if I was not understanding them. All made me and my choices important. They were not there just to sell me something. Will be recommending to many others.

Highly recommend! In a normal insurance world of generic support, they provide incredibly personalized service. From Jared calling to help me with a cracked windshield to Karen going above and beyond to assist with getting tags on my new car from Michigan - the quick response time and individual support has been outstanding. Anyone looking for a new insurance company that treats you like a person and not a policy should check them out!

Fantastic State Farm agent and office. I am going through a bit of a rough patch right now, and I called the office to discuss my options. Karen was AMAZING and spent far more time than she should have helping me to figure out the best solutions for my situation.
