I've been a nationwide customer since I began driving. I happily work with Kathy here at the College Avenue Location. She goes above and beyond to help me save money while still having the coverage that I need. She also takes the time to explain whatever I might question. I am treated fairly and with respect. Frequently, I just stop in instead of calling or emailing When I do email, Kathy is very quick to respond.

I had a terrible experience with this insurance agency. They charged me double the amount I am currently paying for the exact same coverage by just working directly with my auto insurance provider. When I raised my concern with their agent, they arrogantly told me that I was already paying the lowest amount possible and that I wouldn't find anything lower elsewhere. To make matters worse, they never followed up with me about renewals or provided any other form of customer service help while working with them for the last several years. I strongly advise against using this agency and suggest looking elsewhere for your insurance needs.
