Joe Andres: Allstate Insurance

Since I was new to auto insurance, I was taken aback by the variety of options available. Joe answered all of my questions patiently and clearly, taking the time to go over everything with me step-by-step. His advice has helped me feel secure and well-protected!

Asked for a quote for homeowners insurance. Switched to another company shortly after. A month later they fraudulently opened a homeowners policy in my name and tried to charge it to my account. Currently in the process of removing it from Allstate collections. As a side note, impossible to get in touch with, they rarely answer the phone or return calls. Awful. *In response to below: All i did was ask for a quote. Opening an insurance policy in my name without my knowledge or consent a month after I switched companies fits my definition of "Fraudulent"

Switching insurance providers is not something one looks forward to or fun, but Joe Andres made it easy. With Allstate, I obtained better coverage at a reasonable price and when the unfortunate did occur, Joe and his team were a phone call away with any support we requested. I didn't really need it, but they had my back. Allstate met all my needs and Joe's team exceeded them. Joe is like the neighbor I can leave my keys with who's always helpful, friendly and there for whatever I need. It feels good to be covered, but even better in knowing Joe and his team are there for me and my wife when I need them.

I had my 1st claimable accident a few years ago in my over 50 years of driving. The response and the remedy to my problem was fantastic. I was lucky enough to hit another Allstate driver and we were both taken care of splendidly and without incident.

Never returned emails. I've waited two years for him to return an email. Fortunately, another agent was able to help me with my issue.
