Received my new policy for home and auto with a $500.00 increase. Called to inquire on a Monday morning and was told there was nothing they could do. I have had Erie insurance for around 40 years with minimal claims. I was told they would call back next week with a quote from another company. Three weeks later still no callback after all those years as a client. I now have State Farm. I called them in the morning and had a quote within hours. Would never recommend Boyles Insurance to anyone.
