Anna Yang - State Farm Insurance Agent

Anna is the best agent I have ever met. I have been her customer for more than 5 years, and purchased multiple ins policies through her. All the services are excellent. I really enjoy talking to her just like talking to an old friend who is professional on insurance and financial questions. What impressed me is that she always considers from my perspective and provides valuable suggestions. A great agent like Anna saves my time and money. She deserves more than 5 stars.

[Nov. 28 Update] The issue was resolved in two weeks after I posted this review. Anna explained her circumstance to me; she was not aware that State Farm did not process my claim, and she was out of office when I called. Although this whole event was somewhat frustrating at the end, I am glad Anna quickly followed up with her company and processed the refund. Therefore, I changed two stars to four stars. -- Nov. 7, 2018 original review -- She is an okay agent until you ask her to cancel the policy. I agree with other high ratings that she was patient and friendly when you purchase insurance from her. She was also quick in responding emails! Anna was so helpful and so friendly, walked us through every step of the process and saved us so much money! We called her office because we were looking to switch from Progressive to State Farm. She set us up with a great plan and explained everything thoroughly so we knew exactly what we were signing up for. She made insurance feel easy!

I needed worldwide for my camera gear ASAP. Anna did a great job getting me insured. This is likely a very busy week for her office (student move-in week), but everyone at her office was helpful and attentive. Well done, Anna and team!
