I was referred to use this company by my accountant for my 1st ever medical insurance. I do not know how well they do their job but I will tell you about my experience of trying to become their customer. I was highly disappointed by the fact that no one had time for me to answer questions or call back. I was left uncalled more than 3 times and waited for feedback from Celia Neyra or her assistant for over a week. Still waiting... I do not how they work with their present customers and how well they treat them but becoming a new customer would be a disappointment because you will feel like you, your needs, questions, or your time is not important.
