My 5 stars is for the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING A+ customer service I received from Nikki! She is the epitome of what customer service is. She is courteous, friendly warm and down to earth. I honestly could go on and on because I came in the office smoking mad after calling the main number for Amax and talking to the most rude representative I’ve ever encountered. They should use Nikki to train people how to treat customers seriously. Thank you Nikki for helping me you put the A in Amax for sure!

USE THEIR WEBSITE TO GET YOUR QUOTE FIRST OR THEY WILL TRY TO OVERCHARGE YOU IN STORE!!! I used their website and found a good deal, called to confirm, the lady tells me it's actually more expensive (extra 120 down payment and extra 60 a month than listed) at this point I am actually on the final check out/purchasing page on my end, I ask her why the price she is quoting is more than what I am about to purchase, she gave no real answer, something about the time of day?? And that after 12pm the rates are higher because some of the companies they use stop giving quotes? Which I told her is a scam and you are trying to overcharge for the exact same company/the cheaper rate is showing on my phone right now/why are you lying/no answer again? They also give you a list to choose from on the site,

The North Richland Hills location has horrible customer service. Can never get through to speak with anyone and the few times that you do, they don't know what they're doing. The insurance provider that they signed me up with a year ago decided to stop taking monthly payments in Texas. Spoke with Gabby at this location and was told that she would put together a quote and call me in 20 minutes. I didn't hear back from her so I called the next day and was told it was her day off. The representative I spoke with said they understood my delima and the manager would call me back with a quote. Well I never heard back from her either. I'm not one to try and force anyone to take my money or do business with me. I received a online quote from an insurance company, signed up and submitted payment. I
