Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Federal Mutual Insurance has been incredibly disappointing. Their client backed into my vehicle, and despite clear evidence of fault, they’ve refused to accept responsibility. Instead, they’ve attempted to shift blame onto me ignoring the facts and dragging out the process and stop communicating all together. I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this professionally, but their lack of accountability and refusal to honor a legitimate claim speaks volumes. If you’re considering coverage with Federal Mutual, be prepared for poor communication and zero support when it matters most.

It's a sad day for us, we called and cancelled our policy with federated . WE have been with federated for some 40 years, we have had nothing but good service from them, but when we called an cancelled it seems like they could care less about our loyalty to them over so many years. Like we lost a friend. How many people can say they have stayed with one company for around 40 years I don't think many. Am sure this comment won't even get a second look but I have had my say .

We made the switch a couple years ago and very glad to be taken care of by Federated Insurance. We enjoy being able to obtain COI's and auto insurance cards. When purchasing a new vehicle, we are able to add a vehicle to our plan while we're in the dealership. No waiting around for a call center to process the card. I am currently waiting on other subcontractor COIs and I use to be in the same boat, calling in the request to other insurance providers and waiting a day or two for the certificate to come in. With Federated, we are able to obtain our COIs on our own time and get it back to our clients immediately. Thank you for making insurance more convenient for busy businesses like us!

Absolutly a terrible company. My motorcycle was hit by one of their clients. My motorcycle is still not repaired and it has been in the shop almost 2 months. We can't agree on the correct amount of money for repair. Even though the bike is at the OEM repair shop. Their claims people take days to weeks to respond. Just a total mess from what I can gather. Even if this insurance was twice as cheap as another I would NEVER sign on with them because the way they have treated me through this what should have been simple process.
