Joy Pike and her team are top notch - especially Kayla! She has always been happy to answer any questions that I have and is extremely patient with me! One thing I really like about this agency is that they are on a personal level with you, not just someone there to go through the motions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for auto and homeowners' insurance!

I’ve been with this agency for over 2 years, and every single person at this agency is awesome, especially Kayla. I’ve had them shop me around when rates got higher, and they were able to find me something cheaper. When they were unable to move me to a cheaper policy, they gave me options to lower my rates. Also, I’m an extremely needy client since I move around and every time I need a policy update they’re super nice about it (which they don’t have to be). If I could give them more stars I would!!! Thank you all at Joy Pike’s! Yall are awesome!

Kelsee Chambers was incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating. Went above and beyond to help me through the process. So patient and kind with me and all the issues I had switching over from SF. I can’t sing her praises high enough.

Kelsee is the BEST! She’s thorough in researching the best insurance rates for us & communicates quickly & effectively. We recently added another vehicle to our policy & the process was complete within minutes. Such a relief to let the pros handle it!
