Multiserve Insurance

I'm exceptionally happy with my broker Tim Ellertson and his team at MultiServe Insurance. They're easy to work with and always follow through with my insurance questions and requests. For many years they've helped me save thousands of dollars by finding the best value in auto and homeowner's coverage. Although no one asked me to write this review in their behalf, it's the least I can do for their ongoing helpfulness and excellent service!

Kim has been an excellent agent for our home and auto insurance. She was able to help us save thousands of dollars by helping us switch auto insurance. She called recently to let us know that there will be a change to our home owners insurance regarding our roof and it was nice to know about the change instead of being completely unaware. She's very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her!

Not helpful. My last several experiences with them (& by default Bear River) have been less than favorable. It is all about how much can we charge you & not give you any benefit with them. I will be looking to move all of my policies of the last 20 years elsewhere. I even had the Bear River adjuster tell me to contact my own insurance company & not bother him when I asked questions after getting hit by another driver with the same insurance company. A horrible experience!!!

This is a review of one person at Multiserve: Kim S. She has been our home/business/auto agent for a couple of decades, and the woman knows her business. She has become a personal friend through the professional relationship. They always want you, these insurance companies that advertise of TV, to think you'll be in "good hands" with them, but Kim is the real deal. She knows us, knows the business, knows our needs, and makes sure we are safely covered. There are other agents at the place I don't want to do business with (not ALL the other agents, just one or two who I don't trust and whose lives show they are personally irresponsible - I know these things about them because my daughter worked at the office for a while - agents are agents - each is different, even in the same office. We have been lucky enough to have been with Multiserve for 14 years! They have saved us thousands and thousands of dollars while providing us with amazing customer service. Lindsay Critchfield has been fantastic to work with us this whole time, educating us about insurance and helping us acquire and maintain appropriate coverages during the many stages we’ve gone through. The rest of the Multiserve staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!
