Agents United

My agent is Jamie Warner. She is absolutely incredible. I've had her as my agent ever since I bought my first car. She found a great initial rate for me and when time went by she helped me get an even better rate and coverage. I also recently got into an accident that wasn't my fault, and in the process of dealing with the person-at-fault's insurance, I had a lot of issues with them. I explained everything to Jamie and asked her to help me, and she went and interceded for me. She fought for me and went above and beyond to help me settle the issues. She has been extremely helpful and kind, and she feels like a friend! Not only is Jamie a wonderful agent at Agents United, but every time I call in to speak to her or get info, and she's out of the office, everyone else is so kind and helpful.

The folks at Agents United have been great to work with. It's been 9 years now and I have no complaints. They have been fair and honest and easy to work with. I'd recommend them.

If I could give 2000 NEGATIVE stars I would!!!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE!! They're quick to cash my check but literally wouldn't lift a finger to do their job! The most UNPROFESSIONAL business ever! These people don't answer their phone AT ALL!!! A COUPLE OF weeks ago, I needed to add a car to my safeco policy, through these idiots at Agents United. I CALLED multiple times daily for a FULL WEEK with no answer, just their stupid little message! I finally called safeco directly at the 1800 number that you call for an accident. They were at least able to help me. The rejects at Agents United still didn't even call me to talk about the change. They just started billing me, again flat out LAZY AND UNPROFFESIONAL! NOW I need to add another vehicle and I ca
