Bryant is a hands-on agent and clearly has his customers' best interest as his first priority. He helped us realize we were significantly under-insured in a number of areas, and the pricing he provided was better than what we were paying with another company. No hard sell, no pressure, just an objective analysis of our needs and an appropriate proposal to meet them with State Farm. His office staff is top notch as well. Moving our home, auto and motorcycle coverage was a no-brainer for us, and we're looking forward to working with Bryant and his team.

Bryant knocked on our door one day looking for business (I respect the hustle!) and although me and my husband believed we already had amazing home and auto coverage with a different provider, we were willing to meet with him to hear what he had to say. Bryant came prepared!!! He reviewed our current policy with us and we found out it was nowhere near as good as what he could offer us with State Farm AND for a cheaper price. (win win!) He actually took the time to explain every bit of our old policy and compare everything to what we would get if we switched. He sat with us in our home more than once answering every single question we had. He was so open and honest and wanted to make sure we really understood. Bryant is one of the kindest, most helpful, and genuinely caring agents I’ve worked with. On top of that, he’s simply a positive, happy person who’s a joy to be around. Ellen, Laynee, and Kadie are equally fantastic—always professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They return calls and emails promptly and are a pleasure to work with. In terms of rates, they beat out the competition—offering the same coverage at a better price. It’s hard to find that combination of excellent service and great value.

Bryant and his team are awesome! I’ve had different policies with State Farm over the last 10 years. Bryant is consistent, knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. He was quick to show me the differences in different policies and pricing and gave me things aside from price to think about and compare with. I’ve had my car insurance with this State Farm agency for nearly a decade. Any time I’ve with questions over the years, everyone in the office has been super helpful and responsive. Recently, my husband and I moved all our insurance over to State Farm, and Kadie helped make that process so smooth! She was so helpful, professional, and communication was amazing. Highly recommend!
