Reflection on My Experience with Allstate as a Platinum Client For many years, I have been an Allstate customer, consistently using full coverage on all my primary vehicles. When I added my RAM in 2024, I continued to have full coverage, as I always have. However, in September 2025, a system error caused the full coverage not to reflect in the system, even though I was billed accordingly. This discrepancy led to additional charges from the bank, making the experience frustrating and disappointing. Despite being charged for full coverage, the system did not reflect it, highlighting the need for transparency and proper customer service. I just want to warn people. This agent has given me the worst insurance experience ever. No one was available when I needed to know what to do after getting my car vandalized. I get the runaround everytime I have questions about cancelling my policy. And I never get a call back. It's been over a month that I've been trying to cancel, and I don't understand why my money is still being taken by these people. Don't buy insurance from this agency.
