I literally saved thousands of dollars by not using Moutray. Moutray quoted me $3804 (up from $1588 the previous year) for homeowner's insurance. I was able to secure my own policy (through Mercury Insurance - highly recommend!) for $1204 for the same coverage. I assumed Moutray had special access to databases that would give me an advantage. I also assumed someone at Moutray would be working for me on my behalf. But, not only did they not update my coverages at my request, they obviously were not searching for the most competitive policies.

Moutray & Associate Insurance Company is totally all I have heard about them. They will match one up with the best company available, as to ones needs. They are courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable on all phases of the requirements needed for acquisition of insurance.

I had called to get a quote. Gave my personal info to a man that works there. He said he’d call me back with a quote. Never heard back. Called a few business days later. Took my name. Dan said he’d see who I talked to and give me a call back. Never heard anything. Bad customer service. I can’t say if insurance is Good bc no one ever got back to me. I don’t want your insurance and obviously you don’t want me as a customer. Hopefully my info was shredded.

By far the cheapest place to get insurance. They run us through Hochiem Prarie. Been with them for 14 years now. Only bad thing is at 5pm Hochiem rolls up the sidewalks until 8am Monday morning. There is no after hours service. Moutray is great though.
