Misty Stathos - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am severely disappointed in the customer service of this agency. I had a service removed via a tone deaf email and no acknowledgement of how long I have been a customer and no room for flexibility in pricing although I have ZERO accidents and never had points deducted from my license. They are not friendly and they are unreasonable. I would not recommend Misty Stathos agency.

It is so easy to quickly realize how much Misty and her team truly care about their clients making sure that their needs are met. I have been with Misty Stathos for several years now. On July 1, 2024 I was involved in a hit-and-run accident. After filing a police report and getting the other driver's information, I went to Misty's office to file a claim. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The other driver did not provide the contact information for their insurance. Misty's staff researched the other insurance company, found a contact number, and initiated the claim for me. Five star performance. Would highly recommend.
