I deal with a wide array of agencies both personally and at my work and I can honestly say that no one has ever bent over backwards to assist me more than Allison at Miller Carlisle Insurance Services has throughout this last week and a half. Her employer is truly lucky and I'm fortunate to have received her assistance. This was literally the first time that I've worked with Miller Carlisle as part of a board that I serve on and the service was spectacular. Thank you so much!!

I was over a 20 year customer dating back to previous agency they bought out. I had home and Auto thru them for the full time.. Car insurance rates increased constantly in the last few years. I gave them on two different occasions to adjust, to be competitive, and they just dropped coverages to get my rates where they were before. Finally after raising prices again shortly after. I found a company that gave me my initial coverages at the lower rates that I had 8 years ago. I cancelled, paid up full. They turn around and send me a $297.00 bill, because they said they had changed the coverage 1 month earlier adding my 17 year old daughter onto my personal truck that was never on it before, and would not change there mistake.
