It took an hour and a half for them to show up and 30 mins on the phone just to get assistance. Their reason, one driver had to go to an emergency and the other got pulled into a meeting. We were not informed of the delay. This is with having the premium service too. I understand emergencies happen but delaying because of a meeting, is unacceptable. So is the very long hold times. Maybe hirer more staff for scheduling road side assistance. The tow truck driver was very nice.

11/5/25 Called to have my vehicle towed and was transferred and then given the run around. Couldn't tell you how many bad experiences ive had with these people. Called to get reimbursed for them not towing my vehicle and still haven't heard anything. Edit- they reimbursed me for my towing.

We needed a notary that could provide witnesses and a miscommunication sent us to the Carlisle branch. They were unable to help but offered other solutions. We called the main customer service line who reached out to another branch with no luck. Half an hour later the customer service person (I'm sorry I did not get her name) who had continued to call other branches called back and gave us a location that would take care of what we needed. We never expected AAA folks to continue working our issue after it appeared settled. Thank you to all for your diligence . If I never need help from AAA again I'll still keep up our membership and highly recommend them to everybody.

My wife passed recently and I needed to transfer 3 titles to only my name. I walked in and talked to Sarah and she expressed her condolences. She then proceeded to do the paperwork for all three titles in a small amount of time. She also took care of my late wife's membership. Due to my membership the cost was next to nothing. I left there completely satisfied with the service and the professionalism of the lady who took care of all my problems.

We bought a motorhome out of state. The dealer sent incomplete paperwork to the wrong state agency where it sat for 90 days. The entire mess was returned to us. With the help of her manager and several co-workers, McKenzie Young helped us sort the mess out. Thanks McKenzie and the entire staff.
