On the surface they act very kind, but policy wise the language gets confusing and overpriced. When asked for an explanation I was given a complete run around. Bottom line, switched to Geico and literally SAVED HALF of what Erie quoted me on. Also, Geico offered more extensive coverage. Easy decision.
