Gretchen is the best in Cumberland County. She is helpful and willing to go the extra mile every time. Always a positive, hassle free experience. She is also very knowledgeable in the different products State Farm offers and was able to help us plan for our next milestone, a teenage driver. They will scam you. I insured my motorcycle through this office, and after cancelling my policy I never received my partial refund which had been promised. I called multiple times over the course of a month, with promises that the payment would be sent over soon. Looking back on this over a year later, I never received my refund, which was around $200. Don’t trust this office, they will take advantage or you. Never using State Farm again after this experience. It’s not just about the money, but the principle of the matter.
