I had Liberty Mutual for 20+ years,when my insurance cost increased for the coming year I decided it was time for a change. Called Mike Stasko to get a quote. Had the pleasure to talk with Lena Kimball. Not only was she very professional and pleasant, she also figured out everything I needed at a very reasonable price! I was so impressed with Lena that I switched both my home and auto from Liberty Mutual to State Farm. Lena assured me that if there's anything needed or questions I have she is here for me. Been with this specific office for a few years now and we just LOVE them. I have never had a single conversation that I was greeted with anything but patience, understanding and empathy when necessary. Best quotes we were able to find for a reliable insurance provider. I would highly recommend Mike stasco State farm insurance. I am a senior and a snowbird in Mississippi and I needed something picked up at the DMV and Sandy at the office, went and took care of it for me. It certainly wasn't in her job description, but she went the extra mile. That is not the first time that that office went the extra mile. If you're looking for a dependable and responsible agency to carry your insurance, they really are extremely good. I had an accident two or three years ago and it only took one phone call and everything was taken care of very professionally.

Lena was super helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had concerns and questions about starting a new policy for my vehicle. She was able to listen to my concerns and address all of my needs. She is an all-star and so wonderful at her job. I had switched from Progressive after they started providing me with worse service, and I was reluctant to switch, but she made the process so easy, and I was pleased with everything.
