I found a flyer for this place (Legacy)...somewhere in town, having moved here over the summer from Florida, when my husband's mom needed help. The receptionist made an appointment for me with a very nice girl, (or so I thought) who I was so happy to try to get Medicare advice from, for New York State. Well this was November, and I still am confused about where to get help; apparently you have to change your Medicare policy when relocating to NY which I was not aware of. Rachel has not returned my phone calls, my texts; I'm very hurt because I didn't expect this at all. All communications are routed completely through the receptionist, and phone calls are not returned by the agent. Very disappointed since this business has so many 5 star reviews.

Diana is very helpfull very nice and careing person she call you back in a matter of time i been with her know for three years and she help me a lot if u need anyone to help u it her and her helper there all wonderfull.
