Just got off the phone with Margie. Its 7:00 pm and she returned my call. If someone in an insurance agency is working this late I'm sure its been a heck of a day but she was very pleasant and made it feel like a personal transaction even though I'm just a dealer. Very much appreciated!

I have tried for almost a month now to reach my rep and have emailed and called multiple times(lvm). I have also left messages on the main number and no one has reached out. Not sure what's going on there but this not satisfactory. I am moving to another company.

I've had my insurance through hawleys for a few years now. Margie is great. I havent had the opportunity to work with anyone else here but its definitely nice going into the insurance center and not sitting on a phone with an automated service that cant find my account.
