She has excellent customer service skills and was extremely professional. I worked with Heather on quotes for my Auto and Renters policies. Both were better policies with more coverage and were quoted less than my current policy with Geico or any other companies I checked with. All phone and in person encounters were the best provided out of all the companies contacted when getting quotes to look for the best offers available during comparison shopping.
