The Mike McDonald State Farm Agency has insured our Virginia Beach, VA rental since last November. I became aware that there was a glitch in that, because of when the lease was signed, the insurance would end three days before the official end of the lease. That is a definite No-No. I had already notified the Agency that we were giving the rental up and not renewing the policy. I feared there would be a "too bad" attitude.
