Dee Erney did a spectacular job in helping us with a tough situation. She was empathetic, professional, and was tireless in seeing us get the help we needed. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job for the situation we were in and the tight timelines. All I can say is..."Thank you Dee! You are great!"

I have called 5 times. First time I left a message and did received a call back next day by someone to take my info and give to someone that was out. She was to call me the next day. No return call. The following day I called and left a message to call me back. Nope!... nothing. And the other calls fell on deaf ears as well. Not sure what the problem was, but very unprofessional.

I highly recommend these folks. I have been purchasing our business insurance thru the people for years. They are kind, courteous and most importantly prompt! In the process off switching to them for personal vehicle insurance and receiving the same great service.

I was working with two of the insurance agents and they both were extremely helpful and did a good job explaining the coverage and claims to me. Certainly was impressed with the personnel's.
