Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company

Seemed pretty good until the time they said that they were going to send a check. Quite a bit of money well over the mount that would justify priority mail. That was two weeks ago. No tracking number or return phone call.

They keep charging different amounts. We’ve had this company for years and never had any issues. Now they send an email that they are going to charge more for months already past.. took 5x what the payment should be.. never called back all month, and just took a double payment again. I’m reporting them. This is fraudulent. Check your bank statements. Btw, nothing changed on our end. Buyer beware!!

Very frustrating company to deal with. A year ago I was advised by the DMV that they never submitted proof that my vehicle was insured. I contacted Michigan Millers and they assured me the proof was submitted. Now, I received a vehicle registration and plate indefinite suspension notice due to lack of proof of insurance. Meanwhile there has been no lapse in coverage. When I call it is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and when I finally did, I was promised a call back which I did not recieve. When I called again, I was sent to voicemail. My car that I paid insurance for, is currently undrivable due to having a suspended registration because this company could not properly send a form to the DMV! I am missing work, and nobody seems to care. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer

Total rip off! How can they up their rates at 5x of what we were paying in the past years. Very happy canceling them and finding an honest insurance company thats not so money hungry!

Had Michigan Miller's for decades. No claims. Couple-three years ago the premium quadrupled in one year. Why? No answer, unless the answer is capitalism.
