My daughter and I talked with Ketisa today on the phone. Ketisa was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, very kind and friendly! Totally worthless customer service bot is just designed to keep you from speaking to a representative.

The customer is always rate is up for with them. In that case they're always wrong. Been fighting with them for over a month because they canceled my Medicaid because I got dental insurance. Talk to probably a dozen customer service agents sent in paperwork and still nothing's been done. The level of uncompetency is so high here I couldn't fathom it.

No matter what browser you use, or what settings you have one (allow pop ups, etc...) this site doesn't work. No link works. You have to refresh over and over and it still will only load 2 pages: Verify/log in and FAQs. I have tried so many different ways, and cannot get passed "Verify/log in". The next button doesn't work, no other links to other pages work except for "FAQ", and even then you have to hit the link then hit "refresh" to get it to load. I find this very on track with the entire Medicaid system, so I'm not shocked...just unbelievably frustrated.

We have set up for my authorization 6 different times with these rotten people for me to be able to make changes to my fiances insurance and they erase it after every call even though they keep telling us it's all set up for me to do it. Why can't y'all keep your records straight so my fiance can get a descent doctor to help him. Y'all suck.
