Michael Stein and his office were incredible in handling my claims. Unfortunately, I had a tree land on my roof and two vehicles and they were amazing and efficient at getting my house and cars repaired immediately. There were hundreds of houses damaged during this storm and I feel like we were one of the first ones to get repaired. Michael & Joshua kept me in the loop and were very good with communication throughout. I highly recommend their agency. Thank you so much! We really appreciate you.

Worst Insurance experience I have ever had. Hit a deer and everything on my claim was covered except for the windshield. They say it is due to a rock chip. They are referring to a flake of glass underneath my windsheild wiper that rests underneath the lip of my hood!!! LITERALLY MAKES NO SENSE HOW THAT COULD BE A ROCK CHIP. They then say it’s not due to a rock chip but because of the location of the crack. Now they are back to saying it is a rock chip. I would rather pay more for insurance and go somewhere else. Not giving them my business ever again!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
