WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! Wish I could give no stars or negative stars. Cancelled our house and auto policies via email on 10/14/23. Took them two days to send me the Cancellation Request for our electronic signature. Electronically signed it right away on 10/16/23. They had already been paid by our credit union's escrow account for our annual house insurance ($1,680). The agent lied and said a check was mailed on 10/24/23. Then Citizens/Hanover went into our checking account on 11/3/23 and withdrew money for our cancelled auto policy ($379.25). They are refusing to put the money back into our account even though they have the routing and account number. They requested a screen shot of the withdrawal from our checking account. Do NOT GO TO MEA FINANCIAL FOR AUTO INSURANCE!!!!!!! I switched to get a deal and have been cancelled 3 times this year!!!! Because of their billing department!!!!

I love working with them. They have great customer service. They know there stuff. Heather R. in the insurance division is the best. She is great!!!

You have to be a member of the MEA to use their services to the fullest, but they are amazing at providing service. You won't be disapointed.
