Have been with this company for at least 16 plus years with my businesses. Excellent service. Dennis comes out to my location, which is over an hour away to sometimes meet in person just to go over our plan. Dennis and his team will change our insurance provider if we can get better coverage on the dollar. Most importantly, he has taught me the value of quality policies from quality providers to protect both me personally and all business assets. If you own a business, I highly recommend them. I need home owners insurance and was having issues connecting with an agent due to the nature of the policy. Michelle knew exactly what type of policy I was looking for and made the process of getting me insured a breeze. I highly recommend this agency and especially Michelle.

I paid an entire years premium for my new truck and canceled insurance on the vehicle I sold. They did not cancel that policy and it proceeded to cancel for nonpayment. I was out of town for a month for the military and didn’t receive the paper notifications. No emails sent and no phone calls made although they had both. So in turn, my truck policy canceled along with it, without me knowing. My lender then charged me for their insurance which ended up costing me $1067. No help from hacker king sherry on resolving the issue and I was left to pay the fee. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Citizens decided after after years of taking home owners policy money to cancel policy. Wanted work done now (over winter months) or else! Agent was zero help after collecting premium for same amount of years and stating had three more months to complete work. I am glad to have gotten insurance through a different agency and insurer. Shop elsewhere!
