be careful of this place. If you go in for a quote, read EVERYTHING BEFORE SIGNING! They have you sign papers without your knowledge so they become your broker and they get paid on it even though they are not doing any service on the policies. YES YOU HAVE BEEN CAUGHT.

I gave this company my tax forms back on the 1st wk in April 2022. I haven't gotten any responses! I've sent Emails, a tons of Voice-mails and msgs left to the staff and business owner can't at least give a courtesy call?! Is now Oct 2022 n nothing! HORRIBLE service! Can't expect to run a business like that. Last yr it took me 8 months to get my taxes and answers. They will have you owe IRS due to their mistakes! Very Disappointed! All it takes was a phone call. Definitely sending a complaint at this point 😮‍💨

My wife filed her taxes back in April and it's October still nothing. We even told them just return the documents so we could file somewhere else. He responded that he would send an appointment for her to pick up her documents and that the deadline is the 17th. He just sent that and still has not returned the documents. She cant even get them to return the documents. This is so unprofessional. How can anyone run a business like this.

I had the worst experience with this specific location filing my taxes, gave me so much hard time, they took forever, i wasted one month of my life and still didn’t get any results, had to take my papers to someone else. I dont recommend this place, dont waste your time!!!

Doesn’t accept cash, discover card and credit card but will take a paypal debit card. what a joke.
