Mercury Insurance Authorized Agent RSIA

I used to find Mercury affordable and had great customer service. However, recently they have been charging me $300-$400 more per car. I dont understand why when I have a clean record, no accidents, and only drive my cars within the area. 2 of my cars have less than 5,000 miles and im paying close to $700. My cars arent luxury either! It doesnt sound or feel right at how they keep increasing the prices every so often. I complain about the prices and they offer an increase in deductible to counter the increase of monthly price. Does that sound honest to you? I understand cost of living is increasing, but what is this? I am already making steps to leave Mercury and find an alternative insurance that understands my needs and doesnt have off putting employees.

While this individual insurance company have excellent customer services,( I have been with them for quite a few years) The main company Mercury Insurance billing dept I would rare with a 1 out of 10, when it comes to refunding it takes them forever, I made a change March 2, it's now March 21, and still no refund. I have delt with other companies, such as Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowe's, and have received my difference in refund the very next day, So what is going on with Mercury Ins? VERY POOR.

Fantastic price, which is why you don't actually get quality insurance. I was referred into signing with this company during the whirlwind of my first home buying process. I did a quick comparison with AllState and Farmers, and opted to go with these guys because, what the hell, it was cheap. 6 months after buying the home, mother nature finally beat out some pipes under the home which caused blockage on water draining out to the city line. 10,000 dollars of repairs later, the sewer line problem was fixed. I went forward with the having the repair done from the vendor because the agent at Mercury Insurance said "we usually cover this kind of thing, you have a 1,000 dollar deductible for this". The vendor finished in a few days, and it took multiple phone calls and 3 weeks to get a respon

This is a good insurance but they have some new changes you can only put one car in insurance they don’t let you put two cars in your insurance so you would need two different insurances
