We received excellent service from Jackson Insurance. We just purchased our new home with a short 30 day escrow. At the last minute the bank required us to have homeowner's insurance in place. Matt Jackson and Tralee came to the rescue and got our policy in place and at a reasonable price; making adjustments to get a policy within our budget. The service didn't end after they made the sale. Additional changes were necessary to the policy and Matt and Tralee responded immediately and completed the updates. We only used them for the insurance but I would feel comfortable using them for additional services that they informed me they offer.
