Monica was superb, I have absolutely no issues with the service SHE provided, in fact im grateful I stopped by and got the experience I did with her. HOWEVER. I am very displeased with my AAA experience as a whole. My initial reason for my visit was to discuss my auto insurance policy. TJ spoke with me, and recommended adding life insurance as well because it would provide an additional discount for multi policy. I specifically asked TJ around how much it would save on my auto policy, to which he replied "$600". My entire sole reasoning for even getting a quote for life insurance was based upon TJ's recommendation. I did not visit AAA with the intention of getting life insurance, however, given the large discount, of course I chose to see my options. I settled with $150,000 life insurance,

Everyone was so awesome! Great service and fast too. Kaitlyn was so helpful. We had a death in the family and needed to change the title on their vehicle. She was knowledgeable and helped us get the process done smoothly. Would definitely recommend this location. So much faster and easier than dealing with the dmv. Thank you!

AAA is not as helpful as advertised... They always find a way to avoid helping me. The first time I needed a tow, they said I didn't pay for "plus membership"... So I upgraded to that... The second time I needed a tow, they said they didn't pay for towing motorcycles... Why not? They want me to upgrade again to RV coverage... Unacceptable. I am done playing their games. Three years of membership and they never once helped me when I needed it. I am going to cancel.

Several weeks ago, my wife left her keys inside her car; we have been AAA customers for many years, so she said well, we have never requested emergency service with AAA, I went to call them to open my car. After all, we are paying for that service. Well, a guy came with a tow truck, and when he tried to open the passenger window, my wife heard a loud bang on the windshield. She went out to see what had happened; the AAA guy broke the windshield and said nothing to my wife. My wife asked him why he had broken the windshield. First, he admitted that he had broken it with their tool to open the cars. He called their office and told his boss that he had not broken the windshield, and he apologized to my wife for breaking it. This happened on March 06/2025, and until today, we have not had any
