Fred Loya Insurance

This is the worst insurance provider. Customer service is terrible. Rude and doesn't provide consistent answers. Karen will tell you one thing and Michelle will tell you the complete opposite. Get your insurance elsewhere!

Their prices are good so that’s why they get 3 stars. If I had a great driving record I’d go somewhere else but can’t. To be fair they’re better than Adriana’s insurance or those other wack insurance agencies. Just wish they had better customer service, their people make it seem like they’re doing you a favor for you paying their insurance. Specially the guy at San Fernando location on workman and the lady at Simi valley not the pregnant one the other one.

the agents at this location where extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding my insurance needs and fast to get me processed and covered. Will recommend them for auto insurance every time now.

I called this place at 5:00pm and was waiting for a representative, I had my card canceled due to theft and I paid cash for my insurance on time! And these people leave an hour early ? Kinda messed up if you ask me... I waited a whole hour to see if anyone would pick up but nope, called back again and was told to call back tomorrow and told me the service hours... this place blows.
