Meincke Insurance Agency: Allstate Insurance

Have been with Allstate since 1964. Never any contact from Allstate. Filed first claim 2 years ago under $1500 when a work truck not our fault pulled siding off my home. No reimbursement from Allstate. You were no help. My insurance immediately went up because of this one small claim in 50 plus years. I always pay my premium in full on time yet you make paying difficult for elderly without having technology. No envelope or address to mail you a check. Not easy getting through to someone to finally take credit card info to make payment. No one ever contact me to review my premium. My daughter called on my behalf since I am deaf to review my policy. The office assistant was nice. Allstate does not care about older customers who have been with them for many years. I am at home on hosp

This office is awesome and I haven't even stepped a foot inside - everything has been over the phone. I started out with Mr. Talbot years ago assisting me with getting my brother's insurance. Then I joined myself with auto and now have auto and renters working with Austin and most amazingly Yvette. She has been so kind and helpful - excellent customer service! Thank you for working so diligently! So far everyone that I have worked with has been excellent! I would highly recommend!

My Allstate agent was Yvette Long. And she is very knowledgeable and willing to go that extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied with your coverage and it is budget friendly. I would recommend friends and family to her agency to receive that southern hospitality that she offers that is hard to find now a days. Keep up the good work Yvette I really appreciate it 👏 🙌.
